Located in the Chatsworth area of the San Fernando Valley, Sandwich Man first opened in 1977. Current owner, Carlos Curiel worked his way up from busboy and would become owner in 1995, establishing Sandwich Man as a family-run business.
In spite of the ever changing area, with famed industries fading or moving, Sandwich Man remained strong. Even after a nearly year long closure due to an incident, the restaurant would return stronger than before. And we hope this strength continues with our customers, both new and old.
