The restaurant’s interior combines organic, earthy tones and natural wood finishes with richer hues to complement what’s on the plate: the flavors of Spain as seen through a California lens.
Located within the stunning Frank Gehry-designed The Grand LA, the Conrad Los Angeles was a natural fit for chef Andrés, who is an avid supporter of the arts and architecture. The Conrad is anchored in L.A.’s most exciting cultural epicenter, located directly across the street from the Gehry-designed Walt Disney Concert Hall and mere steps away from The Broad Museum of Contemporary Art and The Colburn School of Music. With its sweeping curves and holistic design, the entire 28-story hotel pays homage to Gehry’s statement architecture, as well as the West Coast Modernist movement.
