Maru Bowl-ritto is a Korean fusion restaurant located in Winnetka. Bowl-ritto is a creative name to introduce the restaurant’s two main types of dishes: bowl and burrito. You can choose between a bowl and a Korean style burrito, also known as Kimbop, to enjoy combinations of your favorite meat and rice with Kimchi. Kimchi is fermented and seasoned napa cabbage and it is one of the most significant Korean side dishes. It is well known not only for unique and rich flavor but also as very healthy food that helps your body strengthen immune system when consumed regularly. If you are not a big fan of spicy food, we recommend you to try our burritos as they have white Kimchi with no spicy flavor. Please note that our bowls have regular spice seasoned Kimchi.
