The first “La Pergoletta” was established in 1987 in Florianopolis, an island off the southern coast of Brazil by Elia Seganti, older brother of Paolo. The simple wholesome food traditionally from the regions of Emilia Romagna and Tuscany (Italy), was an immediate success. La Pergoletta today is a family of several restaurants, all run by Elia, Paolo and his wife Carlotta and the kids.La pergoletta in Los Feliz and Silver Lake are authentic “Trattorie Italiane”, offering warm and friendly service, and dishes that are rustic, genuine, abundant, like you’d find in any traditional Italian home.
