Potters, fishmongers, carpenters, kimono makers, tea masters, sake brewers and countless other artisans are all part of the team help us create a dining experience. Just as we have a duty to our guests, we also have a duty to those who devote their lives to the crafts that are the building blocks of a Japanese restaurant.
