El Gallo Giro opened its doors in 1988 with the opening of its first Restaurant, Bakery & Tortillería in Santa Ana, California. At El Gallo Giro we recreate the vitality and folklore of the traditional Mexican market combined with the warmth and affection of homemade Mexican food.
