As third generation Latinos in the family bakery business, the founders of El Carrusel Bakery understand the comfort delicious pan dulce and food can bring to a home. They opened the doors to El Carrusel Bakery in 2005 to deliver the same quality Salvadoran, Mexican and Guatemalan pastries and pan dulce they enjoyed with their families. For more than 14 years, El Carrusel Bakery has used the finest ingredients for all of its household staples, including atoles, aguas frescas, and its popular, tasty pupusas. El Carrusel is proud to carry on the legacy of serving a piece of Latin American culture to the San Fernando Valley.
