Welcome to our family bakery located in the heart of downtown Granada Hills, California. My name is Steffi! I Co-Own and Operate Breadologie Bakery along with my husband Charles. Charles and I are bakers by craft and have dreamt about Breadologie since 2008. After many years in the corporate restaurant world we packed up our home in San Diego and moved back to the Valley, where I grew up, to bring our dream bakery into a reality. In 2016, Breadologie was born and we continue to provide our community and beyond fresh bread and pastries.
