In 1980 at 21, I came out to California from the Rhode Island on Gold Wing motorcycle determined to become an entrepreneur. I worked my way up the ladder from host to owner of a restaurant within 10 years. My Italian upbringing led me to an appreciation great Italian food that began with my Gramma Susie’s AMAZING home cooking. Today, Zach's is famous for our Garlic Cheese Rolls and especially our 3 Cheese-Mushroom Lasagna, you’ll find yourself thinking about how amazing it was for days and days to come!
